AI WorkerX Referral Programme
Terms & Conditions#
Effective Date: 6 January 2026
These Referral Programme Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the AI WorkerX Referral Programme (“Programme”). By participating in the Programme, the referral partner (“Referrer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time.
1. Amendments to Terms#
AI WorkerX Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice will be provided through appropriate communication channels, including but not limited to email or the AI WorkerX platform.
Continued participation in the Programme after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Referral Commission Structure#
2.1 Commission Rate#
Referrers are entitled to five per cent (5%) commission on net subscription revenue collected from eligible referred subscribers.
Net subscription revenue excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and payment gateway fees.
Commission applies only to paid subscription plans offered by AI WorkerX.
2.2 Lifetime While Active Model (Conditional)#
Commission is payable on a lifetime while active basis for each eligible referred subscriber.
Monthly Qualification Requirement:
To qualify for commission payout in any calendar month, the Referrer must successfully refer at least one (1) new eligible subscriber within the same month.
A referral shall not be considered new if:
- The subscriber falls within a six (6) month cooling-off period, or
- The subscription is reactivated under circumstances described in Section 5.
Failure to meet the monthly qualification requirement will result in no commission payout for that month, notwithstanding prior accrued commissions.
3. Referral Identity & Eligibility#
3.1 Identity Matching#
Referral attribution is determined strictly based on both:
- A registered email address, and
- A registered WhatsApp phone number.
Both identifiers must:
- Be new to AI WorkerX, or
- Belong to a recycled user who has completed the full six (6) month cooling-off period.
3.2 Identity Consistency#
The email address and WhatsApp phone number must belong to the same individual or legal entity.
Any mismatch, manipulation, or attempted circumvention will result in referral disqualification.
4. Inactivity Definitions#
4.1 Inactive User#
An inactive user is defined as a user who has not logged into the AI WorkerX portal for thirty (30) consecutive days.
4.2 Inactive Subscriber#
An inactive subscriber is defined as a subscriber who has failed to renew their subscription within thirty (30) days after the payment due date.
Only inactive subscriber status is relevant for referral attribution and cooling-off calculations.
5. Cooling-Off Period & Re-attribution#
5.1 Cooling-Off Period#
The cooling-off period is defined as six (6) consecutive months of inactive subscriber status.
The cooling-off calculation commences only after the account is officially flagged as an inactive subscriber.
5.2 Resubscription Attribution Rules#

No referral commission shall be payable for resubscriptions attributed at company level.
6. Payout Terms#
6.1 Payout Schedule#
Referral commissions are calculated monthly and paid on or before the twenty-eighth (28th) day of the following month.
Example: Commission earned in December 2025 will be paid on or before 28 January 2026.
6.2 Minimum Payout Threshold#
The minimum payout threshold is USD one hundred (USD 100).
Amounts below the threshold will be carried forward to subsequent months.
7. Taxation#
Referral commissions are subject to Malaysian tax regulations.
AI WorkerX may deduct any applicable withholding tax as required by law.
Referrers are solely responsible for any additional taxes payable in Malaysia and/or in their country of residence or tax domicile.
8. Payout Verification Requirements#
Referrers must submit complete payout details and proof of account ownership.
Verification and approval require a minimum of twenty-one (21) working days.
Incomplete or inaccurate submissions will delay payout processing.
9. Disputes & Investigations#
All commission disputes must be submitted in writing to support@aiworkerx.com, together with relevant evidence.
Investigation and resolution require a minimum of twenty-one (21) working days.
10. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification#
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Self-referrals
- Duplicate or falsified accounts
- Recycling email addresses or phone numbers to bypass eligibility rules
- Any form of manipulation or abuse of the Programme
AI WorkerX reserves the right to cancel commissions, claw back payments, suspend accounts, or terminate participation where fraud or abuse is suspected.
11. Final Authority#
AI WorkerX Sdn. Bhd. retains full and final authority over all matters relating to the Programme, including referral eligibility, commission calculation, attribution decisions, and dispute resolution.
All decisions made by AI WorkerX Sdn. Bhd. are final, binding, and non-appealable.
